Shipping & Returns

All orders ship from Canada. Items in stock will ship within two to three (2-3) business days. If any items are out of stock - we consciously keep our inventory low to minimize fabric and ink waste - we will contact you with an estimated ship date. Once shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email (domestic shipments only).

Please expect 2 - 4 business days delivery within Canada; up to 9 business days to the US; up to 14 days for International orders.

Orders to Canada and the US are shipped via Canada Post XPRESS POST and a tracking number will be provided. Orders shipped to destinations outside Canada and the US are via Canada Post SMALL PACKET and a tracking number is not available.

If you are purchasing items from outside of Canada, your country may charge customs duties and fees. Contact your country's customs office to learn what these fees might be.

In the case you are not thrilled with your purchase, please notify us as soon as possible. Any unworn, undamaged item, along with undamaged gift box, will be happily accepted for return or exchange within seven (7) business days. A refund - including the original shipping cost - will be initiated once a tracking number is provided. We do not provide return labels, or directly pay for return shipping costs, as your original shipping fee will be refunded.

Orders may be canceled only within 24 hours of original purchase.
